Our Services

Pre PAT Test Assessment
The first thing we do is carry out a detailed assessment to discover how many appliances there are, where they are, who uses them and how they are used. We also take into consideration your working environment.
This means we are able to plan ahead, so testing is carried out on time and with the minimum of disruption to your business.
Thorough Check Of Appliance Before The Electrical Test
We look for cracks in casings or guards, missing or broken switches, dials or lights. Basically anything that may cause you problems in the future. Carrying out this test also means you can show due diligence should any claims occur.
All Accessible Plugs Are Opened And Tested
We check the cable, the condition of the plug, screw connections are tight, the fuse is correct for the appliance and the cable grip is secure. We take this much care because the plug is one of the most common problem areas.
Repairs Carried Out To 13 AMP Plugs
Rather than fail an appliance because of a faulty or damaged plug, we will either repair it or replace it free of charge.
This means appliances are not “out of action” unnecessarily.
Minor Repairs Of Appliances
Failing an appliance means you need to spend time and money replacing it and in the meantime suffer disruption.
We try to avoid that if the problem is minor by repairing the appliance so you can continue to use it.
Test Results Recorded
Once testing is complete we store your data which includes product ID, appliances, date, and whether you passed/failed, any repairs that were carried out during the test, and photographic evidence of any serious faults discovered.
All Our Worked Backed By Our Unique Guarantee
We developed this system to reduce the hassle and disruption often caused by PAT testing so we think it’s only fair to stand by that system. That’s why we offer a guarantee that others in our industry just dare not offer.
We Work Evenings & Weekends
We know how hard it can be to arrange testing when you’ve got customers shopping or employees trying to work, so we can arrange tests out of hours when the premises are less busy.
All Appliances Are Given
A Unique ID
This makes it much easier to identify an item and prove it has been tested and to trace it if required for insurance purposes.
We Provide You With A Visual Checklist
Many appliances do NOT need an annual test, so you should NOT be paying for one.
Instead, a visual check will suffice, which you can do yourself.
We provide you with a checklist so you can carry out this simple task which saves you money but also shows you have carried out due diligence in the event of a claim or check.
PAT Testing in the workplace
Business owners are required by law to ensure all staff members are protected from using faulty equipment that could cause them harm. PAT Testing is one way you are taking responsibility seriously.
